Jordan Merritt, Ph.D.

As the Clinical Research Operations Director in the Office of Clinical Trials, Dr. Jordan Merritt provides leadership and oversight for the university's clinical research enterprise. He works closely with investigators, research teams, sponsors, and institutional partners to ensure the efficient initiation, management, and conduct of clinical trials while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and research quality. In his role, Dr. Merritt focuses on developing and optimizing processes, supporting study teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and advancing initiatives that strengthen the university's clinical research capabilities. Through operational excellence and a commitment to innovation, Dr. Merritt supports NSU in the successful translation of scientific discoveries into meaningful improvements in patient care and health outcomes.
