Scheduled Meetings of the Convened IRB

The Nova Southeastern University Convened IRB meets via Zoom on the second Thursday of each month except when adjusted due to university holidays or academic breaks. Meetings may be canceled if there are no submissions or agenda items requiring review. Only studies that require full board review are placed on the meeting agenda. All Exempt and Expedited studies are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Researchers may attend meetings. To attend, you must contact the IRB Office at irb@nova.edu at least two weeks in advance to RSVP and receive the Zoom link. All non-IRB Member attendees are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to the meeting.
